Delivery policy

All orders are pre-packaged before shipping, sealed by Les Loops. The shipping unit will only be responsible for transporting the goods in the same condition as when Les Loops handed it over to the shipping unit.
On the packaging of all orders there is information:
- Recipient information, including: Recipient's name, phone number and address
- Customer's bill of lading code.
To ensure the safety of the goods, Les Loops will include a financial invoice for the product in the parcel (if any). Financial invoice is one of the bases to support the complaint handling process between Les Loops and customers (if any).
In case of delivery delay, Les Loops will promptly notify customers and provide the opportunity to cancel the invoice (if you request).
  1. Shipping cost

The shipping charge is automatically calculated based on the package measurements and the customer's location.

The delivery fee of each product is clearly displayed on the shopping cart after Customers entered their address.

II. Delivery time:

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, except for Sunday and Public Holidays and delivery time is started from order confirmation date.

- Urban (HCM): 1 - 3 working days (not include weekend and holiday)

- Near urban: 2 - 5 working days (not include weekend and holiday)

- Other provinces: 3 - 7 working days (not include weekend and holiday)

** Above Delivery time is for reference only, actual date may be sooner or later.

III. Receiving and checking product:

For product is packaged by Les Loops and hand overed to delivery agents, we would like to inform some following notes:

  1. The package is integrated: no scratches or tears
  2. The package is sealed with customer information
  3. The invoice is included

* Note: The customers should check the shipping package with sealed condition before receiving. In case there are signs of disassembly on the shipping package, you can take a picture of the current condition of the goods and ask the delivery staff to check the contents of the goods inside before receiving the goods to limit the risk.
