Warranty Policy
We will carry out a warranty against any technical problems for manufacturing defects.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cases not covered by warranty:
- The customer does not provide all documents or warranty card as required by Les Loops or has but has expired as prescribed;
- Wear and tear during the use of the product;
- Indirect consequences of improper use by users such as: exposing the product to chemicals, acids, highly corrosive detergents, salt sweat... or using the product not in accordance with the recommendations that the manufacturer has announced on the product;
- The product has been repaired at another unit or the customer arbitrarily repairs;
- The product is damaged due to the influence of natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents or intentionally causing damage,...;
- All cases are outside the warranty terms, if the customer needs; All repair and replacement services will be charged according to the price list specified by Les Loops.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@lesloops.com.vn
